Welcome to NG Desktop ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Dengjin ("we", "us", "our") at ng.net. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

NG Desktop is a web-based desktop environment that provides a macOS-like experience in your browser. The Service integrates with Google Workspace applications — including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Photos, Blogger, and Google Analytics — allowing you to view and manage your personal data through a unified interface. The Service also includes an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini.

2. Google Data Usage

The Service accesses your Google data solely to provide its core functionality. Specifically:

  • Gmail — read, compose, send, reply to emails; manage labels and stars; move messages to and from trash.
  • Google Drive — browse, search, upload, download, create folders, rename, trash, and permanently delete files.
  • Google Sheets, Docs, Slides — list existing files and create new ones, which open in embedded Google editors.
  • Google Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Photos, Blogger, Analytics — view and manage data as displayed in each respective application within the Service.

All actions are performed on your behalf and only when you explicitly initiate them. We do not perform any automated actions on your Google data. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Account and Authentication

  • You must sign in with a Google account to use the core features of the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
  • You may revoke the Service's access at any time through your Google account settings.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems or other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's interface design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your personal data) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google APIs. When using these features, you are also subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Google API services.

8. Service Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
  • We may terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
